On Site Service:

On site Field Service is available by our qualified Engineers. All repairs on the equipment on the warranty is free of charge.

Out of warranty repairs include the cost of travel, cost of parts (at a price suggested by manufacturer) and a very minimal labor charge.

WE DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR CUSTOMERS and will make sure you are happy of our service.

We offer all the following Services:

1. Normal Maintenance calls

2. Repair Services on all spectrometer systems: Sources, readouts, optical, and, vacuum systems, changing X-ray tubes and detectors.

3. Analytical line additions and upgrades: You give us the matrix required and we will advise on line selection and cost.

4. Tune up and calibration for X-ray spectrometers

Loans:

If you are not sure about buying a spectrometer or you are not sure about capabilities of our equipment, we will provide your with a loaner.

If your geographical position is not too far from our closest office and we do have in stock the equipment you need, our agent will provide you a demo for a day at no charge.

Elemental (quantitative and qualitative) analysis:      

We are providing you with consulting and measurements of your samples.
